One-to-one Therapy:

One to one therapy is the most common type of therapy. Sessions last for approximately 50 minutes and are held on a weekly or fortnightly basis. The number of sessions varies from person to person, but on an average 8 to 20 sessions are usually sufficient to address most emotional difficulties such as depression and anxiety disorders, single trauma and OCD. More complex presentations such as Bipolar, Psychosis and multiple traumas will most likely require a longer treatment. In our work we use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which have been scientifically proven to be effective with most clients’ presentations. Couples Therapy:

Couples therapy is often used when the main presenting problems stem from issues in a current romantic relationship. The common myth that partners need to be independent from each other, is actually pulling couples apart. Communication and negotiation training typical of many couple therapeutic approaches is often not enough to close the gap between lovers. We use a combination of CBT for Couples and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to work on sharing needs and feelings, problem solving and improving communication. Read more about EFT here.

Coaching and problem solving:

Coaching and problem solving are short-term, focused interventions aimed at a specific issue in life. Being this a career/life change or a specific problem that keeps repeating or that is too emotional to deal with. Read more about coaching and problem solving here.


We offer online supervision to mental heath professionals. Our models of reference are: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and third wave approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapist (ACT), Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

One to one therapy – 50 minute session £100 – £120
Couples therapy – 60 Minute session £150
Coaching – 50 Minute session £120
Supervision – 60 minutes £60

Health Insurance fees vary depending on the insurance provider.

Discounted sessions are available for students.

Payment and Cancellation policy:
Sessions are paid 48h in advance. Cancellations with less than 48h will be charged at 50% rate. Session cancelled with less than 24h notice, or not attended, will be charged at full price.
